"We have been working with Josh Duggan at Revive Restoration on a major water-loss event at our property in Madison called The Lux Apartments.

Revive responded to a 6-floor flood event from two frozen and busted pipes as a result of the polar vortex a few months ago. They responded quickly in the middle of the night, worked tirelessly to dry the building out in a few days, and saved us a ton of money, time, and stress by doing so. Revive worked rapidly but effectively, providing great drywall work, trim carpentry work, and flooring replacement work. As a result, we were able to get our leasing office up and running in just a few days.

If I could give Revive Restoration more than 5 stars, I would. From project manager, Chris to his extraordinary crew members Devan and Reese to Cory Hamilton the communication and work product were outstanding. I was beyond overwhelmed when my basement flooded due to the catastrophic failure of my water heater. Cardinal Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical contacted Revive Restoration on my behalf, and they were on-site within 2 hours of that call to begin the water and mold mitigation process. Chris even went the extra mile to contact my insurance company to assist me in getting the best reimbursement I could possibly have hoped for. Cory kept me informed regarding the arrival times each day for the crew, and either Devan or Reese called me daily to let me know they on the way. The work they did was of the highest quality. Quite frankly, they restored my faith in local workmanship and helped me through a very stressful experience. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them to any homeowner in need of assistance. Clearly, Revive Restoration is a company that delivers only the best, and they are darn lucky to have Chris, Cory, Devan, and Reese in their employ. I had a water pipe burst in my basement which caused significant damage to ceiling drywall and a wall. Chris came out to inspect the damage the same day I called Revive. He thoroughly explained the process to me and was very professional. Brian and Devan removed the damaged drywall. Brian moved my personal items and furniture in the basement to protect everything during the “tear down” phase. When finished, they cleaned up the area and it is ready for the next phase. Both Brian and Devan also explained what they were doing and what they found behind all of the wet drywall. My experience with Revive has been nothing but positive. Now it is on to the “rebuilding” phase.

One month ago today my 8-year old water heater burst in the middle of the night. Water seeped everywhere in my basement level. We needed help fast and called Revive Restoration, recommended by our plumber. They showed up just a few hours later. Over the next several days they deconstructed my lower level and dried it out. My husband and I were in shock - we had a hard time seeing our less-than-one-year-old flooring and paint job head out to the landfill. These guys were great at reassuring us and calming us down. We are still under construction but I know things could have been worse if it wasn't for their astute timeliness.

I had an amazing experience with Revive Restoration! My ceiling leaked due to a plumbing issue, and they were incredibly professional and thorough with drying out the ceiling, drywalling, and then did prime trim work. Nathan Mahraj come out to do trim work and was phenomenal. There was a piece of trim missing from when it was removed, so he went out to get wood and cut it perfectly, and you couldn't even tell it was different. I would highlight recommend the company, and Nathan specifically, to anyone! Thank you for such a wonderful job!

After an upstairs bathroom flood, Revive came the same day. They kept us in the loop of their plans, helped us decide the best course of action, kept the house clean from dust and mold, and worked well around my children and pets making sure they were safe the whole time.
