Revive Restoration Moves Into New State-of-the-Art Headquarters in Madison

Madison, WI – After more than a year of planning and construction, Revive Restoration has officially moved into its brand-new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Madison. Located at the site of their former building on Applegate Road, the 39,000-square-foot facility is a major milestone in the company’s continued growth—and a powerful investment in their future.

As Madison’s largest independent, locally owned full-service restoration company, Revive has built a reputation for high-quality work, responsive service, and a commitment to doing right by its customers. That growth has not gone unnoticed: Revive has been named twice to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America, and was also recognized by InBusiness Magazine as Dane County’s Small Business of the Year in 2020.

“Providing exceptional service has always been our top priority,” said owner and founder Josh Duggan, who has now led the company for 13 years. “This new facility brings our entire team under one roof and gives us the space we need to continue growing while serving our customers even more efficiently.”

Over the past decade, Revive has expanded both in size and in the number of services they offer. From water and fire damage restoration to mold remediation, storm damage cleanup, trauma scene response, and contents restoration, the company now provides more than 17 services under one roof.

With operations and equipment previously spread across multiple locations in Madison, the new headquarters eliminates logistical hurdles and creates a centralized hub for both their team and customers.

“I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built—both the team and the trust we’ve earned in this community,” Duggan added. “Having a facility that reflects the caliber of our people and our work is a big win.”

To bring the vision to life, Revive partnered with two respected Madison-area firms: Gary Brink & Associates led the design, and Ideal Builders managed construction. Duggan called both “outstanding partners who made the process seamless.”

The Madison headquarters isn’t the only exciting development for Revive. In May of 2024, the company expanded its footprint by opening a new office in Plymouth, Minnesota, allowing them to better serve customers throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
