Revive Restoration to Break Ground on New Building

***For Immediate Release***

Madison,WI – After more than a year of planning, Revive Restoration will break ground on a new
state-of-the-art office and warehouse building. Their current building that sits at 925 Applegate Rd.
and the building next door will be demolished in early March, with the new headquarters erected in
their place. During construction, Revive will move to a temporary location at 2710 Todd Dr., Madison,
WI 53713.

Recognized in 2020 by InBusiness Magazine as Dane County’s small business of the year, Revive
Restoration has seen phenomenal growth since then. With an eye to the future, owner Josh Duggan
knew it was the right time for this investment.

“We take pride in being Madison’s largest independent locally owned, full-service restoration
company,” said Duggan. “Providing exceptional service to our customers is always our first priority,
and this new building will allow us to be even more efficient as we continue to grow our team.”

Duggan has been around the restoration industry for more than 25 years and owner of now Revive
Restoration for 12 years. Revive currently offers more than 15 restoration services to its customers,
and because of the rapid growth they’ve seen, team members and equipment are split up into
different locations in Madison. Knowing this was not sustainable, a new building was inevitable.

“I am extremely proud of the team and reputation we have built at Revive,” said Duggan. “A top notch
team deserves a top notch building, and having everyone under one roof will give us that extra edge
we are looking for.”

Revive has partnered with two local firms; Gary Brink and Associates for the design and Ideal
Builders for the construction of their new building. While planning a building of this size can be time
consuming, Duggan said these two firms have been the perfect partners throughout this process.
Completion of the 39,000 sq. ft. building is slated for the end of this year.

The next five years will be a transformative time for Revive Restoration as it grows to meet the needs
of their customers throughout the Midwest!
