On Friday, Steven Baughman inspected our property's water damage and explained the repair process. He immediately set up drying equipment to start the drying process and shared a sense of urgency to repair the damages, which I appreciate. Today, on Monday, he arrived on time to pick up the equipment and inspect the water damage to ensure everything was dry. While on vacation our water softener decided to recycle tank after tank of water into the lower level of our home - mostly affecting the family room and mudroom. I called Revive Restoration that morning (due to their incredible customer reviews) and they were at our home within an hour after our call! Both groups of professionals - the team of men that dried out the affected areas and removed the damaged drywall and carpeting AND the repair crew of Ishmael and Joaquin did exemplary work. It was a pleasure to work with everyone involved, for Dennis - the team lead - kept us up-to-date on what to expect during the process. I now know who to call for any repair, for the company does it all! Just talk with Denise, the office manager, for she has an answer to any question/concern you may have regarding your repair. Great experience!

We had a car fire in our garage that displaced us from our home for 4 months. The situation is obviously a horrible one, but the employees at Revive have been the best part of this experience. They are all so great to work with and so responsive. In our experience, they truly care about their customers and making the situation as easy as they can for their clients. The fire happened later in the evening and they were out to our house the next morning first thing. Anytime I send a text to Roger or Dennis, they are so responsive and get things done! We've also had Sidar, Jordan, Pheara, Criselle, Gracie and Rusbelis working in our home multiple times and they've all been so understanding and very empathetic to our situation. Michelle's knowledge has made working with the insurance so much easier and we don't feel alone in the process. I would highly recommend them over any other company in the area!

Recently had a pipe burst on a late Friday afternoon, just before closing time. Called Revive, and less than half an hour later they had a truck here with two extremely kind, professional employees who got our basement dried out. Can’t express how much relief I felt knowing that the job was done right and I wouldn’t need to worry about mold or other lingering issues. Highly recommend!

Steven and Brandon came to our home on a Saturday morning within 1.5 hours of my call. Our washer flooded and caused damage, they were kind courteous, and explained things thoughtfully and thoroughly. Also left a cute little gift bag.

We had a visit from Roger with Revive today to take a look at some hidden water damage we recently noticed. He found a way to fit us in within minutes of our call! He very clearly knew exactly what he was doing, identified the problem, gave some immediate remedies and put a game plan in place to fix the problem. So far, so good!
