My house had an active leak from the roof due to snow/ice melt. We also notice some water damage in another location but was not actively leaking. Revive Restoration came within 24 hours. they began water mitigation work immediately. They were very kind and understanding. We had daily follow up visits to track progress. Brian followed up with us two or three times, and he was FANTASTIC. He was very helpful. He offered some great advice and even tried to put my mind at ease. I was scared of the possibility of mold, and Brian was able to calm my nerves. There was a new crew of workers that came to our house, so a few follow up visits were needed to collect all the information needed. I appreciated the honesty about the new team and it allowed me to understand why follow up's were necessary. The water was dried within 5 days or so, and the amount charged for the work was fair. We were even given a little thank you gift when the work was completed. It was a nice touch.

Revive did a great job, both remediating saturated flooring after a plumbing leak (thank you, Brandon and Eli!) and restoring the affected rooms. I’m so glad I called Revive. I discovered a massive mold problem around the Thanksgiving holiday and they still were able to schedule remediation promptly. Paulino and Steven were excellent and so thorough. I appreciate the length they went to to keep our kitchen semi accessible while they removed the mold. As a woman in my 20s and new homeowner, I was incredibly relieved by their patience and kindness. It was a very flustering experience, but Paulino talked me off a ledge and made everything perfect. On Friday, Steven Baughman inspected our property's water damage and explained the repair process. He immediately set up drying equipment to start the drying process and shared a sense of urgency to repair the damages, which I appreciate. Today, on Monday, he arrived on time to pick up the equipment and inspect the water damage to ensure everything was dry. While on vacation our water softener decided to recycle tank after tank of water into the lower level of our home - mostly affecting the family room and mudroom. I called Revive Restoration that morning (due to their incredible customer reviews) and they were at our home within an hour after our call! Both groups of professionals - the team of men that dried out the affected areas and removed the damaged drywall and carpeting AND the repair crew of Ishmael and Joaquin did exemplary work. It was a pleasure to work with everyone involved, for Dennis - the team lead - kept us up-to-date on what to expect during the process. I now know who to call for any repair, for the company does it all! Just talk with Denise, the office manager, for she has an answer to any question/concern you may have regarding your repair. Great experience!
